  2. Graphical representation of data

  3. Produces customised reports

Simple and effective reporting tools within Target 100 allow for prompt identification of non-compliances and meaningful performance analysis. For smaller organisations or simple requirements, reports can be produced with a single click, in chart, list or summary form. Many sections of the system have specific reports associated with them. For more complex reporting requirements, such as those in larger organisations, full customisation is available allowing you to report on large quantities of data over multiple sites and criteria.

Statistical reports average the performance of assessments and checklists against the criteria that you specify. For example, a chart of overall organisation performance is shown below. A number of different chart types are available, allowing you to pick the one that suits your report best. You can also copy and paste the charts and related information into other applications.

A wide variety of reporting criteria are available, including;

  1. Departments And Locations

  2. Assessors

  3. Reporting Groups

  4. Specific Checklists Or Checklist Areas

  5. Date

  6. Score

  7. Specific Assessment Type

  8. Period Of Time (week, month, quarter)

Organisational reports are also available, for larger organsisations company structure can be defined as a reporting hierarchy allowing you to produce reports that best reflect the nature and structure of your organisation.

Advanced report types

Bespoke reports are available for certain sections, such as the COSHH Template Audit shown below. Key assessment information is brought together with a summary of monitoring information.

Graphical analysis tools are also available, such as the Question Grid report. It allows you to analyse the performance of specific questions across a number of assessments or checklists at the same time. The example shown below is of the DSE Self Assessment – the red areas of the report indicate a failing. These can be related back to the questions across the top of the grid, allowing you to see where common problems are occurring. This report can be used for any checklist and most assessments. It is ideally suited to anything that has to be assessed in a similar way over a large number of users or situations.
