Many organisations do not have the resources to employ people with the expertise in health and safety management. In order to bridge this gap Target 100 customers
are allocated a qualified health and safety consultant who initially assists them in setting up their system and then provides on-going help and guidance in using
Target 100 and/or in other related issues.
Customers have access to a systems helpline accessible by e-mail or telephone with guaranteed fast response to any problems regarding use of the system or any other
general health and safety questions or requests for advice.
Monitoring reports
In order to help you to ensure that you are getting the maximum use and benefit from Target 100 we supply our customers with a report by e-mail every 4 to 6 weeks which
monitors their use of the system across a range of criteria that are considered to be key areas with regards to health and safety management.
The reports also indicate the level of general and criteria-specific system usage in order that you can gauge your standard of health and safety management against
best standards and practice. This will also enable you to monitor and maintain your progress from initial acquisition of the system.
Many customers also use the monitoring reports as a simple and effective means of providing an external audit of their health and safety management standards, systems
and procedures
