Action Planning

  1. Identify, monitor and prioritise hazards

  2. Uses simple traffic light system

  3. Adaptable for single or multiple sites and users

One of the more challenging aspects of putting together your own Health and Safety management system is establishing what you need to do and how to do it. Target 100 does this for you. Using our hazard selection process you can quickly and easily establish what, as an organisation, you have to do with regards to Health and Safety. Once your needs have been established, the system produces an action plan for you, Listing what you have to do, how to do it and recording your progress.

Action plan

Based on the hazards that you have identified, the system produces an Action Plan. This includes an overview of the hazards, with an activity indicator in the form of a traffic light for each item. You can quickly identify areas that need attention.

The traffic lights are dynamic and are based on your activity in other areas of Target 100. A green light indicates that each of the tasks for that item has been completed and is up to date at the current time. This can easily change and will do so over time if the activity in that area lapses. An amber light indicates that some, but not all of the tasks have been completed. Finally, a red light indicates that no work has taken place in that area.
