The system automatically groups information relating to incidents in one place so you can access it easily. Recent incidents are accessible immediately when you
log in, older incidents are easily found using the search facility.
For larger organisations, the incident reporting works in conjunction with the reporting hierarchy that you define, allowing multiple users to report incidents
whilst only having access to items reported in their area. Incident information is then automatically passed up to the relevant, and authorised, people.
